Description: The site I want will need to be just like
http://www.scalebrain.com/enterprise_edition.htm with the elearning module and all of its functionality. In addition, I need the following additions you will have to program:

1. Have users who pass exam be able to print a certificate and save it in their
user profile for later printing.

2. After the student passes an exam, have the ability to keep a user from taking
an exam for a certain time period based on a custom field on their profile.

3. Add a few custom fields to the signup process.

Please let me know if you are interested in this project and what your estimate
of turnaround time would be. I have a budget of $300.00 and will provide all design work/template.

I think the programmer might like to use a combination of osCommerce (or any of its modded forms like CreLoaded/osCMax/SEC etc) and Moodel (an opensrouce educational script) to complete this website. You should enlist all the features you won't be able to do. If you don't know what moodle is, let me know and I'll brief you about it.
