Ebay API

I need a program which is able to count the number of sold auctions and unsold auctions for each items which on my ebay account in order to show the sucessful sale rate.

Sucessful sale rate (sold auctions / (sold auctions + unsold auctions))

Please note that I need to know below information:
the number of sold auctions
the number of unsold auctions
Sucessful sale rate

Requirement:
it can let me choose the FROM date and TO date so that I can choose a period to check above information.
it can show above information of all items on my ebay account (it mean total sold number, total unsold number and sucessful sale rate for all item).
it can show above information of each item(same item name).
This program can work for more then one ebay account.(I have more then one ebay account)
This program can read non-english languge ebay item name, because we also selling to Spain and Germany.
This program need a online program(Better php and mysql)
This program need login function.

Payment Arrangment:
- We will pay 10% Escrow to get start this project.
- Remain 90% and first 10% will be pay and release after project end with well test.
