Hey PHP coder,
I want an admin interface to add snippets of of text to website templates.
What's this?

1)
Imagine a html template where we put place holders, where the texts would appear when calling the page. For the sake of easiness, I want the texts stored as simple textfiles, not database driven.

In the admin interface we would have 10 place holders to use.

2) We have a "blog roll" in some templates, where we would like to add up to 5 urls , to be shown with a place holder somewhere in the template.

3) We want to use "cloaked" urls in the texts.
In the admin interface we add an url and that will be "crypted" in a certain format.
Example:
Instead of
http://www.thewebsite.com/?affid=35759&acc=8957
we want to mask this url to something like
http://www.thewebsite.com/myfiles

4) A cool feature: count the url clicks for the "cloaked" links. Visable in the
admin area.
