Description: We are in need of a dynamic portfolio for our new web site, launch pending. There should be a simple admin interface so that projects can be added via an admin panel. All we need done is the programming, all html, css, and imagery will be completed by us.

We also need a client login system, so that our clients can log in to our site to view invoices, make payments, view files, etc. Basically we will just be uploading files to a client's specific folder for them to view, and will be able to add new clients via an admin panel and set their usernames and passwords.

This work needs to be completed rapidly as our new site needs to go live by December 1, 2006.
