Basically I want the following directory script adjusted http://www.freephpdirectoryscript.com/

I want script to be adjusted graphically so it looks kind of like this: http://www.andreaswannerstedt.se/except instead of the pink that is used I want baby blue

Very simple design, I also want an adsense code placed at the very top
