Description:	this project will be a Dog Venue Directory System, where each business will have a profile. The project details are as follows: Directory– Project Listing Please also take a look at attached flowchart of project proposal Script in the LAMP setup, (Linux, Apache, Mysql, PHP) Directory/Locator System - Functional clone of yellowbook.com (only the business search tab, not people reverselookup that yellowbook has) * Directory will be emphasizing Dogs and Dog Establishments * Index page should have a pleasant web2.0 scheme and elements * Index page will have a easy search box, drop down menu for Zip Code / City / Town Search * Search by geographical location (usa, cities, etc) * * Drop Down menu for venue categories (Parks, Groomers, Boarders, Veterinarians, Hotels, etc --- all which should be easily edited/added/deleted * SEO techniques, such as proper SEO urls, and other seo techniques such as dynamically inserting keywords into metanames, metatags. * Listing pages in functionality should resemble yellowbook.com for example (http://www.yellowbook.com/category/hotels-and-motels/nevada/las-vegas/) Listing pages should have a inset google maps detailing the various 10 locations in that vicinity, like the example shows. * Clicking on a listing will show a listing like this (http://www.yellowbook.com/profile/emerald-suites_1820742910.html?addressId=1) Profile pages will have a google maps inset showing location, and profile information and other information that can easily be edited in my admin panel or the listing owner themselves o THERE should be login system for listing owners to easily edit and update their information on their profile page, o ICON based markers (Like Smilies in forums), such as for credit cards icons, and other items (icons should be easily added in in the admin panel, icons such as “Small Dogs Only”, “All Dogs” logo, etc o Star Rating System o Ability for the business to upload logo to their profile page - Admin panel ability to add/remove menu items * Admin panel ability and places on the page for html block areas for advertisement blocks * FLASH Video Player capability, Small video showing on mainpage spotlighting a particular video to be determined in the admin panel and uploaded WITHIN the admin panel – the video. this will be only place with the video player at the moment.
