Description: Hi there. I need a PHP programmer. I run a 7 year old freelance job board and portfolio site that is just a total mess (the programming) and it needs to be re-developed. Since I am spending the money to redevelop it, I figured that it would also be a good idea to update it to a web 2.0 site as well. I tried to attach images but they are too big to attach so I am going to link to the images. These are images of what I want the site to look like and you can probably tell functionality from that.

The functionality that I want is as follows:

Portfolios & Profiles for each member
Forum
Chat
Community Blog
Jobs

Questions & Answers
Digg Like Section

The specifics of the project are located within the images. The images include the project description with images to illustrate what I want. Please don't bid on the project without reading over the project description images first.

Also, Before programming the new site, I need to fix things on the old programming so that the site is running while I wait for the new site to be programmed. The reason it is broken is because I transferred the server from one server to another (old one with PHP 4 and the new one with PHP5) and now the forms don't work properly, such as login, registration, etc. Also, when clicking on thumbnails, the larger image doesn't show up..

The site has about 180,000 users and whoever programs it will be able to give themselves premium placement so they show up first when people are looking for a developer. I need this site to be worked on full time so it can be done as soon as possible. The current site is just a mess because of php errors slowing things down. I will most likely give the job to the lowest bidder so that I can afford this project.
