Description:	Ok guys here it is. I'm a web developer that just started my business in colorado. I know a little php, but I need some help. What I need is this.... I'm designing a site that has a frameset in dreamweaver. I'm going to have a member area login. what I need is the login area to have three permission. One with member login. One with general members and one as chief editors. I just need to validate these forms in php with the permission. The form has to be in a database so when you create new users you can automatically email all the users or individual ones. Also with the user permission you have to be able to upload files from your computer to the server. So this is how I envision it to work For the admin page I need it to work like serendipity has it http://www.s9y.org/ But I only need the login and the database so it would have to be a seperate link to go to the admin page to edit users everyone else can login in from the member login and do anything they want. Just like serendipity the admin has to be able to restrict pages, media, delete articles, newsletters, etc. But it needs to be simple so they can't change the theme or hurt themselves messing up the site. Member Login.htm General page with these links. Post Newsletters.htm Mass mail group.htm Mail individual member.htm post articles.htm upload files.htm So the mass mailers would have to be to all users after you click a button and email everyone in the group according to the database. Of course you'd have the standard subject,body,etc. the post articles would bring you to a page to fill out an article that would auto detect the date and bring up a body form. when you click submit it would auto post to another articles.htm page. This would have to be automatic. The articles cannot be edited by anyone but the member who summited it and the admin. The mail individual would have a drop down list of the members, you could select one and automatically fill out the email. This would also be like a standard email. The upload files would have to beable to upload mutliple files on the server on a select folder and then I would have another link with uploaded files that you could see and download from the site. The newletters I've been getting have been in pdf format so I need to be able to have a seperate upload here for newsletters and have them post to a newletter.htm in a list format, and when you click on the link you can view the pdf. Thats' the main stuff right now but there is future work with this site and with me. Only reply if you can do it quick and are serious. I not sure what this will cost so let me know how much or if its too low.
