Description

I need a table structure designed to facilitate recording of member weight record statistics.

Member_ID (big int)
Date (current date)
Bust 32 (int)
Waist 23 (int)
Hips 32 (int)
Weight 74 (int)

BMI 21 (int)
Clothes size 14 (int)

I'd like a php script(form) that records the above information (BMI is calculated by the script and not entered by user). It will be nice to have AJAX verification on the form, or to autoupdate the BMI.

I'd like a second script(must be a seperate php file) that utilises a line chart from openflashchart -see link below) and plots the data for the individual user based on the above suggested table.

Your script will eventually be integrated into a forum (SMF) and so I am not too bothered about security, we will write our own in.

My concerns are that we need to make sure that the table is designed in such a way - that it will not be inefficient with 1000 users, or indeed 20,000 users.

I have lots more work along a similar line too and not enough time to do it - hence posting here.
