Description:	• I need a form implemented using PHP script to allow users of my website to upload images. • Mysql database needs to be designed and implemented. It should store users’ data (userID, userName, userPassword, userEmail, …etc). Also database should store all uploaded images data and associate images with their users. So, table relations should be implemented. • The uploaded files can only be: gif, jpg, psd, sit, tif, tiff, eps, ai, or pdf. If the user tries to upload any other file type, he/she should get a warning message indicating that this type of file is not supported. • There should be a status bar that shows the progress of the upload and indicates the remaining time. • When the user logon to the site he/she should be able through an admin panel to view, delete, rename, download his/her files. • For image files, there should be a resize feature. • We need this to be created fairly quickly
