Description:	Please read CAREFULLY before bidding. I need to have a table-type web page, that is very customizable and editable by different people. The look of the page doesn't matter, as it is an internal page used to keep track of certain things. You can either use an existing solution or make your own from scratch. The table will be rather large (~20 columns x ~40 rows to start). All of the following characteristics must be present: - Each field should be editable individually, without leaving the page, simply by clicking on it - Editing should allow for use of font colors, sizes, bold, italic, background colors, line breaks (br), etc - Must be able to copy (CTRL-C) information in the field - Rows can be move up or down to change the order - Columns can be moved left or right to change the order - Rows/columns can be added/removed - Must reside on a Linux server - Ideally, the page would simply update itself, but database access is also possible (MySQL) - Must function on both IE and Firefox - The best scenario would be to have something that functions along the lines of MS Word or MS Excel, but as a web page. I have attached an example of what I would like to be able to do with this page. Bids that do not contain the words I Can Do It will be ignored completely.
