Description: Required changers to the Component
1.Integrate payment method to buy SMS credit. (Shopping basket) using paypal
Buy options 100, 200, 500, 800 SMS and automatically add credit to the user account
2.Speed improvement – I observed on my test system Mambotastic pagers slower than others. I'm not sure the reason could be invalid xhtml or coding issue
3.Configuration changers for different SMS gateways (Just let me know how to change)
This you could integrate to the admin control panel or Just let me know which file to edit manually.
4.Admin control panel option to enable disable feature's other than SMS .
Such as send MP3, Send image & etc.
5.Component installable in Joomla 1.5 natively

If you have similar your own code I'm expecting following features.
1.All the features come with mambotastic and above required features
2.User management close to Joomla
3.SEO friendly URL's (before user log in) and Valid xHTML
4.Use PHP script and mySQL DB

Other Conditions
1.Code changers should documented (expecting comments in the code or documentation)
2.Bidders must provide delivery time and how soon bug fixes will be done
