Description:	I'm looking for someone that can take my files and create a new template for my Pligg sites. The person I'd like to find should be familiar with Pligg or know enough about these types of sites that it would enable them to create a custom template. The right person should have a great knowledge of CSS, MySQL and PHP and be able to change layouts and add new features to accommodate the sites needs. When I choose the person for this I'll place the money into escrow for payment when the project is complete, not before then. Please only bid if you agree with this. I'm looking to completely change the layout of the pligg based site, here are a few key features I'm looking to have. • If a visitor is not signed in or has not joined the site, I want them to be taken to a different home page than a returning logged in visitor. • The site will have 3 different sections and will need a separate category and a separate submission form for each of these sections. • Category pages should show a few of the higher activity subcategories under each category with a link to show the rest. • I would like to have google maps integrated into the listings that will be shown for businesses and a show it on the page. • I would like the current user profile pages and allow users to tell more about themselves and provide interests and other things. • I would like to have users able to leave comments on user profile pages if possible. • This template should be easy enough for me to set up on about 5 or 6 different domains. I've attached some screenshots (they are scaled down) that should better explain what I'm trying to do. If you also want to take a look at rottenneighbor.com they have accomplished some of the changes I'm interested in. Please take a look at the images to get a better understanding of my project and provide me with links that show me you have the knowledge to complete this project.
