Description: I need a project finished within a month.

I have had a basic website created in PHP and MySQL. The website is about 80% finished. I need somebody to complete the project.

I need the registered users to be able to log in, book a place on a table, and be charged by PayPal for the place on the table.

I also need an administration section finished - Admins can currently edit the sites pages but I need them to be able to book fake places at tables and control registered users.
