Description: I need my Credit Card UK payment module edited to email CCV to me as it is not allowed to store them on the server. See Creloaded announcement here. http://forums.creloaded.com/Forums/viewtopic/t=9954.html

I also need to have the right column of infoboxes removed from the cart, shipping & payment pages.
Lastly, I am using flat rate shipping. I only want the shipping amount to display I don't want the whole shipping options box.
