Description

I would like for your to create a bidding module, your experience required here, your experience with this type of bidding module will be very important. What you know from experience is what I am looking for. This must be integrated into my current site and current sites layout.

-Admin Panel required for this.
-Reporting features for bidding activity (who, what, when, where)
-Two way communication between poster and bidders.
-Admin Panel must monitor all bids and communications between posters and bidders, data saved and tied to ID created for posted job.
-Start off free, but we want to enable charging for posting a project later in the future, so basically we will want to a feature that will allow us to enable charging for project posting and disable charging for project postings.
-We want to be able to add/edit/delete questions in the Post Project web page.
-Photo and video upload option by Project Poster.
-Once a project is posted all registered bidders will be notified - i will discuss with you later on this.
-Provide a Terms and Conditions template for project posters.
-We want this completed in 10-15 days.
-All finished code, scripts, ad on's belong to me upon completion.
