This website should have a good clean layout, SEO/Mod_rewrite, all information included int he database, admin function to mass edit, add, delete or modify data, RSS feed option to update our database from another site, Multiple categories and sorting functions, mass email users option, We will own this code as our property when it is completed, no reselling of this developed code.
