Project Description:

Need to take a .psd file and convert it to a working WordPress theme.

Blog elements include:
1.) Header
2.) Two column design (Main Content column and right nav / widget column)
3.) Footer
4.) Unique comment graphics. Including comment bubbles (See example at: http://www.willmayo.com/journal/projects/07/bubbles/)
5.) There may be some other unique graphics to implement dymanically into the blog.
6.) Must be compatible with all plugins
7.) Must be built on WordPress 2.5.x
8.) Code should rely extensively on .css. No tables! All <div> tags.

Freelancer Requirements:
WordPress theme development experience A MUST! PHP and CSS expertise are also required. Must be available daily to discuss problems/issues and status.

Instant messenger: Use of GTALK, SKYPE or Yahoo messenger are required for this project.

Troubleshooting & Support: you will provide me with 3 weeks of troubleshooting and support. (If theme is done properly there will probably be 0 hours.)

Budget: $130

Timeline: 7 days from the time that you receive files. Project should start around May 30th.
