Description: I need to make a mod to a script I have.

I need you to show me how to create a random link to a file stored in a specific location.

Manually you would do this ln /home/myhost/my_files/tempfile.txt /home/myhost/xyz_example.txt

I need this in PHP Code ... "xyz" would be randonly generated and joined to the original filename and the link written out to a new location. The results would then be out to to a form, within my site.

This is not a big job and I need it today. The programmer will also need to speak/chat with me via IM while we work through test.

This shouldn't take more then an hour of your time. So if you have an hour within the next 12 hours please bid. I will be closing this ASAP.
