Description:	We have a site that's close to completion and, we are looking for someone to complete our site and have it fully functional as soon as possible. Here is what we have done so far - 1. The layout of site has been created 2. We have created every single page of the website. We have created the account area, the messaging area and all of the other areas of the website. Here is what we need you to do We need some on the come in and make the website function by adding PHP and MYSQL. We want you someone who can take all the static pages we have created and turn them into dynamic pages that retrieve data from the database. Some of the requirements of the site -We need the ability to upload profile pictures -The ability to upload documents such as word files -The ability to view all uploaded documents -Functional account area / (I have already created a login function that checks for cookies when a user is in the account area and automatically redirects them to the login screen if the cookie is expired. ) We will discuss the other requirements privately. Once again most of the site has been created, we just need you to come in and add the scripting. I will personally do some scripting to keep the cost down and speed the process up. We need the programming completely separate from HTML so we can easily pull out blocks of PHP code and place them into other templates.
