Contacts Importer/Simple Referral Tracking

I have purchased a Facebook Contacts importer as well as an email contacts importer that will send the users contacts a message inviting them to join the site.

I'd like 3 fields added to registration 1)first name - this exists in table 'users' as "fname". 2)last name- this exists in table 'users' as "lname" and 3)who referred you- field doesn't yet exist in DB - users can enter either the username or email of the person who referred them. (is it possible to create a link like http://www.myslateboard.com/beta/register.register&aff=me.username ... that will auto populate the "who referred you field"?

Once they successfully register the user who referred them will get 1 user referal added to their score.

In the admin panel I should be able to see which user has referred the most users per month and per all time.

-I'd like the admin to have all new users be auto contacts like before the new contacts/gallery mod.
