Description:	Hello, My client needs a contact form upgrading on their website. This is the form in it's current state: http://www.pmcom.co.uk/ozone/contact.htm The form needs to have an extra drop-down menu on it that lists other partners / suppliers. Example drop down list: 1) None Selected 2) Company AAA 3) Company BBB 4) Company CCC 5) Company DDD Then when the user fills in & submits the form the details get emailed to Ozone Direct (the parent company) & also the partner company selected from the list ( Company AAA, Compnay BBB, etc...) Then the user needs to recieve an auto email responce from the partner company they selected from the drop-down, example: auto_responce[at]companyAAA.com If you've got any questions about this project please PM me.
