Description: In my oscommerce store for some (but not all) products, I have four additional data fields:

car_make
car_model
car_start_year
car_end_year

I would like to have a page that allows the user to select using two select form fields (make and model). Use Ajax to populate the "model" field based on the selection of the "make" field. Also use ajax to create a list of each of the products that matches the selection.

Each product will be displayed on a line with:

Make, Model, Beginning Year, End Year, Manufacturer, Link to the product's page, Image

It should look quite a bit like this site:
http://www.cellularmount.com/order/search.asp?CarModel=5+Series&CarMake=BMW

With the following exceptions:
1. It must be within the oscommerce framework (i.e. it needs to use header.php and footer.php)
2. It also must show the list of matches when only the Make is selected (on the example website the list of matches is only updated when both Make and Model have been selected).

You will need to develop this on a fresh oscommerce install and give me the files to install on my own (I can't give people access to my server).
