Clone of Digg.com, I am not bothered about the looks more concerned about the features, please port all of them and make it look pretty that part is at your descression.

On completion you will set up the script onto my server and give me 24 hours to test it for bugs then full payment will be made via PayPal

I need the script for a spanish web the lenguaje it´s not necesary but I considered it also this will be good for the communication
