Description

We need a client login area. After loggin in the clients needs to have the following.

1- They can submit the support tickets, something like a helpdesk system, it should be customised with custom icons and should fit in the existing layout of the website.
2- Download any specific files for the the particular client.
3- There should only be one login to download files, and support ticket system.

I will have the existing layout of the website designed in PNG formate. you will have to do the necessary work to convert the PNG website into HTML dreamweaver template as well.
