Description

Modify a phpmydirectory based site. (We have more phpmydirectory sites in the near future that we will give to you as well.) This is a site in the style of apartmentguide.com and this is the the example site we are referring to:

-We need a simple home page constructed that operates exactly like this http://www.apartmentguide.com/ including 'price range', 'bedrooms' and 'bathrooms' drop downs.

-We need an advanced search function exactly like "Refine Your Search" on the left side of the page here: http://www.apartmentguide.com/zip/85085-Apartments-For-Rent/ Also to include the Google maps feature at the top of this page.

Other simple changes include the following:

-change the template to look similar to the red and gray of apartment guide, with a header color of #C333A.

-Unbrand the admin area if possible, removing the phpmydirectory links.

-Remove "home" and "login now" from top left and right of pages.

-Remove "template" and "language" boxes from the footer.
