I need to add a few things to my holiday rental website. www.theholidayferret.com

1) I need an availability calendar for the owners of the listings.
I quite like the holidaylettings version, but am open to suggestions.

2) I need a payment system(Paypal) added to take a fee for the listings. I need an admin section where I can change the price also also offer different packages.(different prices and different timescales). I also need to be able to report on this. probably monthly.

3) I need a search facility.
I want it to look like this:-

It should populate the values from the database.
The result should look like this:-
http://www.theholidayferret.com/searchresults.php
- When someone clicks on the picture or details then it should look like this:-
http://www.theholidayferret.com/HolidayRentals/serchshow.html
- When someone clicks on "Send Enquiry" then it should look like this:-http://www.theholidayferret.com/HolidayRentals/emailenquiry.html

4) The owner area should look like this:-
http://www.theholidayferret.com/HolidayRentals/ownerarea.html

5) When an owner edits or creates a new property I would like it like this:-
http://www.theholidayferret.com/HolidayRentals/ownerarea_property.html

6) From the http://www.theholidayferret.com/HolidayRentals/search.html page,
if you click on the map it will take you to the relevant continent page.
For example, "Europe" and then "England", then "South East". I need to be able to add in the search facility to each of these pages. Any ideas?

7) When the viewer gets to "South East", they will see the map with the Areas within South East. I want the viewer to be able to click on an area and then all the property in that area to be listed.

I have been very let down before, so if you cannot do this, please do not bid. I am looking for a speedy solution to these problems.

Please do not enter a generic response. That just portrays to me that you have not read the brief.

There is possibly more work for the right provider, as there will be changes and additions in the future.

Must be able to communicate via messenger and email and be available daily.
Please let me know, how you would do the above requests.

Forgot to mention with no 2) I'll need to be able to offer discounts when an owner lists their property based on them entering a code.
