Description

a) Want to change the background color front page on beyondblocks.com (light yellow will be fine)and advise me as to how it is done.
b) the template used is the same as on another site of mine donefree.info but the header and footer do not show on beyondblocks.com - ascertain cause, fix, advise me how to fix in the future.

You MUST know PHP (and preferrably glype 1.1).
