Description
Looking for someone to design/code something similar to cashcrate.com, basically it is a paid to sign up script. Has to have a system in place to verify offer completion and a referral system. It has to support paypal. The design doesn't have to be original, and you may use templates. You may also build the script from original works. It needs to have an "okay" admin area, where I'll be able to "verify" the signups in some way. Main Template has to be editable in a fairly easy way.
