Description

I have a directory website that needs to be uploaded with 12,000 records. I have a csv file of the 12,000 records. I need a way to upload my file. I have tried the csv to mysql php programs but they have not worked for me.
Ideally, I would like a way to upload the csv files to my website whenever I need to.
You will be able to create a new database, upload the files so that I can verify that it is working properly.
Each one of the records would be like a registered customer with an account.
If you can do this, let me know. I would also like a few references.
I need this done ASAP.
