Description

I need a good designer with excellent css skills to update a header file for me. There are 3 steps to the project.

1. You will change an existing header/navigation bar page (code which I have already had done) so that the colors are different.
(quick, easy work as I already have the new colors and color id's you will need to change this)

2. You will modify the header so that it is a combination of two already coded nav bars. (I have code for both, so again, easy work, you will take some features from both and make me a new nav bar)

3. You will use css code on the page to make sure that the nav bar is shown on the page after the content. Again, very easy if you understand css.

Budget is 30.00 for this project. In your bid please let me know when you can start and how quickly you can deliver. More design work is available if you do good work.
