Description:	This project is to create a bespoke component for Joomla. Do not bid if you have limited or no experience with creating bespoke Joomla components. I will require examples of previous RELEVANT work. The project is to create an application form component. The frontend will feature two different multipage forms. The first is an application form for individuals to apply for a grant. The second form is for the applicants referrees to write their references about an applicant. The applicants form will be the complicated one. It will be a multipage form with roughly 15 pages. There will be choices made by the applicant in filling out the form that will determine which page they then move on to. The forms will require tool tips for each of the input areas and the forms will need the ability to go back as well as forward to the next page, whilst remembering the information filled in. The form will require validation at the end of each page before progressing to the next page. On submission the applicant should receive an email confirming their submission and the administration should receive an email informing them of a new submission. The data from the form should be added to the database. The backend will require ability to: APPLICANTS 1) view/edit/delete and create new applicants. 2) ability to filter applicants by name, application date and other fields to be decided later 2) export data to a csv (either all data or filtered data) 3) Populate an existing pdf form with the data from an applicants submission 4) Ability to create applicant address labels (using pdf) from either all data or filtered data 5) Ability to mark applications as 'actioned' REFEREES 1) view/edit/delete and create new referees. 2) ability to filter referees by name and other fields to be decided later 2) export data to a csv (either all data or filtered data) 3) Ability to create referee address labels (using pdf) from either all data or filtered data 4) Ability to tie-in a reference to a particular applicant Deadline for this project is the 30th Nov 2007. Completion after this date will not be accepted and will incur a deduction in agreed payment of $50/day. Please note this project is for the creation of a bespoke component and this does not mean modifying something already in existence.
