Description

I need a new script for automatically send invoices every year to clients with a hosting pakkage.
Here a discription, can you make it, and how much will it cost.

I need to have a module for my hosting company.
I do have a few clients which I have to sent the same invoice every year.
Can you make a script for that.

I have the following in my mind.

I want to add every invoice I need to sent once. This can be done by choosing a client and selecting the products he is using.

Then a PDF invoice need to be generated.
I also select a date when the invoice need to be sent.

The script need to detect the date and sent a mail with the PDF invoice to the email of the client when that date is their.
When it is sent, the invoice need to be copied and the same invoice need to be sent one year later to the client?

Is that possible?

That about the main part, some other details I need to have with this script are:
- A copy of the mail that is sent to my own email address
- A admin to add/edit and delete clients/products and invoices
- A resent button
- A status dropdown to show if the invoice is send. And if it is a option for me to mark if it is payed.
- A function for automatically resent a invoice if it is not payed in X day's
