Description: Need a ready and HIGH QUALITY clone of alibaba.com website (as actual)

Need also installation of the new website and long term collaboration.

The new website will be hosted and have possibility only to support up to 500 emails.
- Need Logo design and active banner introduction.

Must be published in English and French. I can offer translation. If it is already translated is a plus.

I do not need all marketplace capabilities, just the basics:
- Admin control panel and statistics,
- Product Catalogue Management,
- Company Profiles Management,
- Selling Leads Management,
- Buying Leads Management,
- Business Directory Management,
- Image and Document(PDF only) uploading for Product Catalogue and Sell offers,
- Buyer's project document description uploading.
- Multilevel categories for convenient browsing ,
- Buyer's Inquiry Management,
- Search based on keywords, categories, posting dates etc.
- Inquiry basket,
- No banner ads/ Google Adwords,
- Email Verification, Feedback form, Password Retrieval.

Most important: Have a script to:
- create an email account for the Trade user "if requested" from the website mailbox.
- A secure password will be generated for the user new email account
- The password for both email account and the user trade account should be different.
- The email password shall not be communicated to the user only to the Admin.
- User will access his new email account only when he uses his Trade account.
- Have a direct access to open the webmail from user trade account.
