I want a Clone of http://alibaba.com/
Members should be able to register and have their own place where they can sell products. Take a look at the original Website for more info.

I need further features on this.
I need a Payment system incorporated with it. The payment system is just like Paypal, StormPay etc...
User should be able to send money to Paypal, Stormpay, E-Gold et... and should be able to add funds too from Paypal, Stormpay, E-Gold etc...
They should also Deposit and Withdraw money thru these means and also by Regular Mail, Credit Card and Bank Account.

Members should be able to pay other members using the in-built payment system or by other means like Paypal and others. Every transaction should will be having a charge that will be payed to Company's Paypal,
Stormpay or other addresses.

When the member wants to pay any Web Hosting company or any other, then he will be providing the details and we will manually be paying it and we will charge the user for it.

It should have a Simple Admin panel where i can Edit these.
