Description

We need a simple website Link Cloaker to shorten website URLs. The format of the links can be seen on the attached Word document. This is for programs like Ebay, Amazon, ClickBank and MaxBounty. Should be versatile enough to add affiliate programs on our own. This is Phase 1.

This should be done in PHP with MySQL if necessary. We like comments in the code to understand basic parts (not too much though).

Phase 2 will be detailed to providers that show experience and understanding of this project. Initial bid is for Phase 1. PM with your experience and your understanding of this project. We have more coding projects like this for long-term minded providers.
