Description: Simple database consisting of affiliate records.

Apart from basic password change options the main screens
are

- Admin: simple reporting of affiliate stats

- Affiliate: field entry and simple processing.

Scripts will be needed to
- insert a new record
- retrieve affiliate information
- add to affiliate totals


Requirements
-------------

System will be upgraded in future so requirements are
- code to be well documented with meaningful comments
- code written in a 'robust' way so that it is not
difficult to add further functionality
- all data parameters are placed in a separate module for
easy modification
