This needs to work on Shared Hosting (Linux)

I would like to input my affiliate code for TDNAM.com and be able to send a user Diretly to a domain listing. So the system would be a link creater. Currently the affiliate link code will send the user to a signup page and not directly to a domain listing page that I would like.

An example of this can be seen on Freshdrop.net . If you click on a domain name that is listed on Freshdrop.net it will bring you directly to the listing but uses the affiliate code which can not be seen.

I would like to be able to use this code just using a link if I can or also be able to input thousands of domains (numbers) into a system and it converts the domains to direct link using the affiliate code like Freshdrop.net's domain listings are.

Example: this would be the normal affiliate link: http://www.jdoqocy.com/click-2809435-10419688" target="_top"
but i want the destination page to be like this (go to) (the miid= number would be the only thing that changes for different domains, so I will need to be able to change that number easily. https://www.tdnam.com/trpItemListing.aspx?miid=14202375

Payment will be made upon project completion and that it works - not before. Payment via Paypal.
