Description

I need an advanced property search form and php script to parse several database fields and then build the query and return the results in a random order, but with the option of listing in order of price, number of rooms etc.

The form itself should have an input field for a keyword/keywords search, then a drop down list of accommodation types, a drop down list for prices, a drop down list for the number of people, and then several check boxes for whether they want a place that accepts pets or accept smokers etc.

The database form fields to search are:

title (varchar)
description (text)
keywords (varchar)

The database form dropdowns to search are:

category (mediumint)
price (varchar)
sleep (int)

The database form check boxes to search are:

heat (varchar)
pet (varchar)
park (varchar)
smoke (varchar)

The search script must allow any combination of searches which might be just 1 check box or all check boxes, dropdowns and a keyword.

I also need the script to be able to show the output on a Google Map, this should be a link on the search results page.
Each property has a LAT LNG entry in the database as well for this feature.
