Description

This is a very important project, and as such, I can't really give out many details here. What I would like is an experienced PHP developer who can make the following system:

1. Customer signs up and chooses certain features he wants in his "package"
2. His requirements get emailed and texted to the "Suppliers"
3. The suppliers then get a link to the site, where they enter a "bid" for the "packege"
4. The customer logs in to his account and sees the lowest bid for his "package"
5. Customer selects the bid, details are shared between both parties, paypal payment system allows customer to place deposit/full amount

I want the design to be nice and simple with the floating panels and the tabs etc. The navigation will be things liek FAQs, how it works etc and other things like that, BUT each page will need to be able to be edited from the admin panel

Admin panel should have the usual features, like creating, editing users, permissions etc, and should be able to change the content of the site from within it without HTML knowledge.
