Description

I need the following work completed.

Phase one
CReate Update Delete operations for 3 tables
Product
Product Options
Discount Codes

Each table will have 4-5 columns, need a simple style and layout interface. Will need to use yav for verification. This is dead simple, I just don't have the time. Specific details will be given on column info after the bid is accepted.

Phase 2
Will be an order page, using authorize.net/fedex/ups and a little ajax. I will provide details after phase one if things go as planned.

YOU ARE ONLY bidding on PHASE 1. I am looking for a long term relationship with who ever does this work. I MUST be able to speak with you via IM after you accept the project.
