Description: I have a site that has 250 pages which have all be uploaded manually and edited with dreamweaver.

I need a system to automate :

1. Adding News
2. Adding Reviews
3. Adding Articles
4. Adding Banners
5. Managing newsletters & sending

The site also needs, refer a friend, add to favourtites.

It should also have functionality for people to upload news and testimonials.

All URLS should be search engine friendly and NOT dynamic.

Admin should be able to set unique meta tags per page

An editor should be supplied to manage updating of content
