Description

I would like someone to intergrate clickatell api to my phpfox 1.5.1

The features I want are:

1.I would like admin section were I will be able to give 5 free sms to new members upon sign up.

2.I would also like to give 2 sms to all members every months

3.I would like a feature where members will be allow to buy sms by choosing the amount of sms they want to buy and pay via Paypal and worldpay

4.I would like members to receive reply in their sms inbox
