Description

We have started an online business as a hobby, we are not coders but just Internet fans, started a wordpress blog, and a ticket support system, that’s all what we have.

We have about a thousand users that have sent us email and agreed to receive our bulletins, we have been doing it from our own email, and recently by an email marketing service company.

We want to maximize profit of our contact list in two ways

1) we want to know in which of our new products they are interested
2) we want to reward them by being faithful to our website and also by referring us to their friends and relatives

for the 1) we think we need a survey application
for the 2) we think we need a referral management application, it would be great to create some kind of online money or “reward points” redeemable in our products, discounts or even real money.
