Description

I am looking for someone to create a basic newsletter registration form (name and email) using html / php and having good security features and double opt in for those subscribing.
I will use the emails gathered to send out promotional emails. I can take care of sending out emails but would need to know how to access the gathered emails. I can also do a bit of the html to personalize the form so you wouldnt have to spend much time on the appearance.
I also have a free ebook on my home page that I would like to require subscription to download.
PHP is already loaded on my site.
