Estate Agent Website required:

Seeking a programmer who has already made a similar website for Property, rental and land sales. If you have then, this will be easier task and more cost effective, as you do not have to start from scratch and can be a off the shelf solution. Generally you will already know what is required, it is often standard functionality on estate agent type of websites, but full brief will be provided.

BRIEF summary: Estate Agent Website. The design and navigation architecture will be discussed upon what can done, logos and general design not required. Primary goal is to make the site dynamic, and functional, and CMS using database to search and store property and land listings. Ideal features required:

1. Require Membership Login facility and Registration, for 'private' and 'commercial subscriber' use.
2 Once logged in can load up specific number of properties and details of land and specific details dependent on type of member
3.Files can be auto uploaded via member login
4.Property search dialogue box to be on each page, with a number of variables. When thumb nail images are clicked, should able to expand into a larger image, and if this is clicked then this would magnify further size increase on the screen, and can be closed by user.
5 Within CMS data-base user must be able to upload and delete and change entries them selves
6) Payment gateway required (but not right away)
7) SEO & logos not required.

NOTE: All code to be transparent as HTML, so it can be amended in the future - ideally seeking a long term relationship, for ongoing maintenance on development, and future projects.

NOTE: Sample, test site will be required or work on a similar project.

NOTE: Payment can be discussed, to be fair please don't ask for upfront.

NOTE: I am not a tech guy, so any positive input would be welcome,
