If you are expert in php, mysql then we need you to update the website with few basic things.


Not difficult and should be able to do fast.

We have detailed out but all that needs to be done and have flow charts and all

Mobile Compatibility

When any user visits the site, first we will identify his browser and accordingly display the site
The website will be compatible with conventional desktop/laptop browsers and PDA using WM 6 /IPhone browsers.
The same will work with all major mobiles phones however the Display alignment in all mobile phone browsers cannot be guranteed.
Mobile version will have basic functions

Forum a generic phpBB is available by host need to connect database with our so no separate login
1) All the users will be automatically registered for the forum - No separate registration required
2) All the users who loges on to the sites will be automatically logged in to forum as well. - No separate login required

Payment gateway integration

Create 6 different profile for membership
2 for retailer (i.e. 1 free and 1 premium)
4 for vendors (i.e. 1 free and 3 premium with differential privileges) as seen on services page

ADMIN Controls
ADMIN will able to SET and modify privileges for different profiles

Will calculate the expiry of premium membership as per period selection

Additional Account creation “Alias A/c”

The user will able to create one additional account where in he will be able to login however the prices displayed will be inflated as per formula defined ( 3 variables in formula) in ADMIN. User defines its own variable values in setup.


Automated Email to Vendors.
On check out, system will send an email to relevant vendors about the product added by the user in the cart.
E.q. a user added product ‘A’ and ‘B’ from Vendor ‘Manoj’ and product ‘C’ and ‘D’ from Vendor ‘Ravi’
System will send email to ‘Manoj’ only for product ‘A’ and ‘B’ and an email to ‘Ravi’ only for product ‘C’
and ‘D’

Further it will send a consolidated email to the address defined by ADMIN.


Customized email
A HTML page where you can type your message and sent it as an email to desired client audience.
Selection can be done following
1)All Registered users
2)All Paid Vendors
3)All Free Vendors
4)All Paid users
5)All Free Users

Order History
On check out, system will save the cart as order with the date. The user can go to the order history page to view his previous orders.


Product dictionary
A function in ADMIN, which will allow adding substance words for a particular product name.
Eq Add new product named ‘Armani’ . Define ‘Armani =aarmani , armanii , XYZ
So when ever user searches for XYZ , we will display ‘Armani’
ADMIN can add 8 substance words for a product
will need screen with chart to be able to add the names, first column as needs to show in search and the rest that will be grouped together.


add items to database to include upc, designer name ; to be able to search with them and update them manually

add a page to be able to sell posters and other supplies( some shopping carts available by host siteground)

add vendor contact info - visible for paid customers only
