Brief Summary:


I need a php script to do following
1) Read .xml feed file from a location
2) Import it into oscommerce 2.2.a database
3) Update/modify/delete products as per feed file Following is a sample of .xml

there maybe other feeds to incorporate.
4) to export my current sites product information including attributes in an xml feed format/ and be able to import this into another oscomerece 2.2a site

1) Script, well commented, clean free of bugs
2) Testing
3) Integration
4) All work will be our copyright
5) Support for 1-4 till it is stablized. Bid ONLY if you have exp with such work. I have similar work to be done ASAP.
