I need the best php programmer and the best website designer on GAF for an urgent website project. this is the 3rd time I'm posting this project so if you are not the best PLZ DONT BID!

As this is an urgent job, I need someone with lots of experience on: Photo Galleries, Discussation Forums, Admin section, Sign up and Login Section.
It would be better if someone have those so we can put time on changing the design and adding some features.
