Description

My needs are simple yet advanced.

i need a php script that does the following.

takes a list of RSS feeds from a database or list file and parses all the feeds.
Puts that information into a mysql database.
That is one script.

Then there is another script needed.
a html form used to enter a searchword..
This searchword is then used in a php script to search this database of parsed rss entrys.

The real important thing about this is that it needs to be able to handle a database with 1,000,000 rows with 3-5 collums on each row.
So the mysql querying needs to be optimized, database and indexing optimized and if possible then that the script is coded for memcached ( http://www.danga.com/memcached/ )
or similar for performance.
This script will be used by 20,000 visitors minimum constantly.

Do you know how to code a php script, mysql optimizing in such a high quality that the site will search the database lightning fast even on high amount of visitors?
